Canada Post Shipping Updates

The anticipated Canada Post strike has not progressed, and we've seen no disruptions or delays with our Canada Post shipments to date. As a result, all standard Canada Post shipping options remain active and reliable.

For added flexibility, we've also kept alternate courier options (UPS and Purolator) available at checkout. These methods typically include tracking and faster delivery timelines.

Lettermail remains an option for small, low-value, non-urgent orders within Canada, though please note it does not include tracking or insurance.

We’re continuing to monitor the situation closely, but so far everything is running smoothly.

Due to the confirmed Canada Post strike, all tracked orders have been transitioned, or are currently being transitioned, to alternative carriers including UPS, Purolator, Canpar and FedEx to help ensure smooth and timely delivery.

We’ve also introduced new flat rate shipping options with these carriers to make things as affordable as possible. Plus, we’re continuing to offer free shipping within BC on orders over $150, and free shipping to non-remote locations in the rest of Canada on orders over $250.

Thank you for your patience and support as we adapt to these changes. We’re doing everything we can to keep your orders moving without delay.

To help keep things moving smoothly, we’ve started transitioning most orders to UPS, Fedex and Purolator as a proactive step ahead of a possible Canada Post service disruption, which may begin as early as May 22. Lettermail remains available for those who prefer it for low-value, non-urgent orders, but for time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend choosing a tracked courier at checkout for added peace of mind. Thanks for being here—we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you without delay!
