• We offer the following options:
  1. Flat-rate tracked: Carrier chosen for best price and delivery speed at time of shipment.
  2. Canada Post Expedited / Xpresspost: Select a specific, faster Canada Post service at checkout.
  3. Lettermail (untracked + uninsured) Available to Canadian residents for low-value, non-urgent orders.
  4. US Tracked Packet (fees, duties + tariffs included): We are currently shipping to the U.S. again. Duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees are prepaid and reflected at checkout, so what you see is the true delivered cost. In most cases, no additional payment is required upon delivery, though all shipments remain subject to the discretion of the receiving customs officer.
• Orders are usually prepared within 72 hours. Anticipate longer during sales and launches. Contact us if you need your order shipped immediately.
• Returns / exchanges accepted on regular-priced, unworn items within 45 days of purchase
• Clearance items (including Oopsie and Leftovers), as well as purchases made during site-wide promotions (Black Friday, Five Festive Deals, Boxing Day, Easter Egg Hunt, and Mother’s Day), are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments. No exceptions.
