Community Guidelines
Reviews are meant to be constructive and help others learn about our products. While feedback on transactions, shipping and packaging can be valuable, it should not be included in product reviews. Feedback related to items impacted by ordinary wear and tear, personal preference, misuse or accidents will be reviewed by moderators before approval. What’s Not Allowed
When submitting reviews, please use your real name and an email address associated with a legitimate order. We want to ensure the authenticity of all feedback, and reviews from accounts using false names or unverified emails will not be published.
We don't permit reviews that focus on:
• Customer service experiences
• Issues with ordering or returns
• Packaging for shipping
• Product condition or damage upon arrival
• Shipping costs or delivery speed
• Comments on Pricing or Availability
• Repetitive Text or spam
Contributions containing the following are not allowed:
• Repetitive text
• Nonsense or gibberish
Private Information
Do not share content that includes personal or private information.
Profanity or Harassment
We do not permit:
• Profanity, obscenities, or name-calling
• Harassment or threats
• Personal attacks on others
• Libel, defamation, or inflammatory content
• Coordinated efforts to drown out opinions by posting from multiple accounts
Hate Speech
Expressing hatred based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability is strictly prohibited.
Ads, Conflicts of Interest, Promotional Content
Content that primarily promotes a company, website, author, or special offer is not allowed. Reviews or posts created by individuals with financial or personal connections to the product, service, or brand must include clear disclosure of that connection. Brands and businesses cannot use the community to redirect users to external environments.
Plagiarism, Infringement, or Impersonation
Only post content you have created or have permission to use. Do not:
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks)
• Impersonate someone or an organization
Illegal Activities
• Content that promotes or encourages illegal activities, including violence, drug use, underage drinking, abuse, fraud, or terrorism, is strictly prohibited. Jokes or sarcastic comments about causing harm are also not allowed. Encouraging the dangerous misuse of a product is also prohibited.
• Medical Claims
Statements or claims related to preventing or curing serious medical conditions or severe symptoms are not allowed.
Consequences for Violations
Violating these policies may result in the removal of your review.
